A responsive virtual shopping experience taken from Figma to production, with an immersive 3D environment, gamification, and full AWS deployment ownership.

The problem
The brand needed a virtual shopping experience that matched its Figma designs precisely and held up across devices, with no existing pipeline from design file to a live, immersive 3D storefront.
Our approach
We took the project from inception rather than picking up an existing build, translating Figma designs directly into a responsive React and Chakra UI front end, then layering that UI over a KRPano-driven immersive environment so the 3D experience and the interface felt like one product.
What we built
A responsive shopping experience in React and Chakra UI, integrated with KRPano for the 3D environment, event tracking via Google Tag Manager, and gamification features layered on top to drive return visits. Deployment ran on S3 with CloudFront for delivery, both owned end to end.
The outcome
The experience went from Figma file to a live, responsive, gamified shopping environment under single ownership, with tracking in place from day one to measure engagement rather than guess at it.
