MarkazFlow
MarkazFlow: a centralized installment sales and retail operations platform, digitizing 10,000+ accounts and automating accounts receivable and inventory sync for a regional retail chain.

The problem
Our client, a regional retail chain selling motorcycles and electronics on in-house installment plans, ran operations on paper ledgers, handwritten cards, and disconnected spreadsheets. Balances were calculated by hand, inventory drifted out of sync across branches, and overdue accounts went uncollected for months at a time.
Our approach
We treated the migration as the hard part, not the software. Years of legacy balances and partial payment histories sat in inconsistent spreadsheet rows and handwriting, so a data cleansing and validation pass came before a line of the new system was written. Installment math, grace periods, multi-year schedules, custom terms, demanded strict transactional integrity, which set an end-to-end TypeScript stack on PostgreSQL as the foundation from day one.
What we built
What is now MarkazFlow: a centralized installment sales and operations platform. A Next.js frontend gives sales reps a fast counter workflow for payment collection and serial-level inventory tracking; automated contract generation and a risk-scored collections view, with WhatsApp outreach, replace manual phone rounds. A NestJS API on PostgreSQL keeps every contract, payment, and stock movement consistent across branches. Rollout ran in five phases, migration, schema, frontend, collections, then on-site training, validated against the client's paper logs before cutover.
The outcome
10,000+ accounts migrated with zero data loss and a 40% improvement in Q1 payment recovery, on a platform architected from day one to run as a product, not a one-off internal tool. That foundation is what let it grow from a single retailer's back office into MarkazFlow, a SaaS platform now onboarding other installment retailers.
